I contacted Garner's when I found out that the firm which I had started out with was not able to offer the service I wanted, ie to accommodate my choice of coffin, transporting my mother to the cemetry myself and conducting the ceremony myself. They were much more flexible and helpful, and took over, giving excellent service at a very much lower price than the firm I had recently used for my father's similarly arranged funeral.
