did the important things with dignity and good presentation - especially with respect to presentation and last viewings of my mother

very nice Jaguar cars

but...

very commercial - as evidenced by the insensitive chasing letter for final payment and the early pre-funeral settlement of disbursement

not especially helpful

- as evidenced by lack of help with flowers, no examples of order of service, and no offers to help with either

srdf57 would not recommend Holmes and Daughters to friends.
