When my dad died unexpectedly we did not know who to chose to arrange our funeral. We called many but Malcolm Jones was the only one who said how sorry he was; others we called were all business first. This first impression proved to be the right one as he treated us with tenderness at a very difficult time. We felt comfortable. The funeral arrangements went perfectly and I have no hesitation in recommending Molyneux Jones for your funeral needs.

Malcolm Jones provided a faultless service. My brother and I went to see him to make arrangements and his premises were so different to the conventional undertakers which for me are places of horror. He was polite and quick to realise how we were thinking. At no point did he try to persuade us to do anything we didn't want to.The funeral went just as we hoped. The highest compliment that we could pay him is that as we left the crematorium my mother said "I'm glad we went with him"
