I have nothing but praise for Carrie and Fran and their approach.

When we used their services they were friendly, helpful and accommodating personally; totally professional and straightforward in their dealings with us.

I applaud the concept that they offer and hope that others will follow suit.

I wish them well as individuals and success for their business.

Within minutes of my first conversation with Fran, I knew I had found the right people to help me with my Mom’s funeral.
Empathetic, compassionate, interested (in both my Mom and myself), professional, supportive, caring , helpful, friendly, efficient.
Fran and Carrie assembled a dream team along with Ruth the Celebrant to help send Mom off in a sympathetic and slightly kooky way, which reflected and celebrated my Mom.
They respected some quite different requests, got involved and made some fantastic suggestions of their own culminating in a memorable and in many ways happy day which celebrated Moms life. Everyone commented saying the whole occasion was very much my Mom and I am very grateful.
They made a tough time, very easy, thank you

I was looking for a less formal way to say goodbye to my dear Aunt. After searching the Internet I discovered the website of 'A natural undertaking' and knew that they would be the perfect choice for a direct cremation. My Aunt disliked funerals and this seemed the ideal solution.

Carrie came to visit us at home and informed us of all our choices - so calm, so professional, so warm - she was simply perfect and helped us make the right choices for our Aunt and ourselves.

Carrie took away all the fear and worry and organised everything with us - nothing was too much trouble.

i cannot thank Carrie enough except to share our experience and highly recommend this business  - whatever you need - they will arrange it. 

They are truly wonderful and a 'breath of fresh air'.
