The experience far exceed all expectations, Full Circle  provided a very enlightened, ethical, modern and caring approach which fully suited our needs.

Excellent support at every stage from initial contact, to collection of Mum, and then funeral planning and obviously the big day.

They really deserve to blow their own trumpet - so believe all you see on their website - they really are that good!

My Mum would have been delighted with ALL at Full Circle and felt very privileged to have been served by them in such a caring loving way.

So grateful to Sarah, Ruth and the other staff at Full Circle for helping my family to give my dad a perfect send off. Right from the day he died, Full Circle were there to hold our hands through the process and the finished ceremony was just as we wanted it to be. The staff at Full Circle are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. Thank you all.

Dave and Jade from Full Circle took care of the arrangements for my mother's funeral in a caring, professional and personable way. They were very supportive by explaining all the options, making it clear that we could do whatever worked for us and giving us sufficient time to think it all through. They were always friendly and helpful and you could see that they really cared about helping in any way they could. Their premises were modern and lovely. I was so impressed with their overall approach to everything

From my initial phone call on the out of hours number, I knew I had made the right choice in selecting Full Circle.  Dad died at home and his wish was to stay there until the funeral.  Sarah at Full Circle gave us really practical advice on what to do immediately, and that same day David provided the necessary equipment to ensure Dad could remain at home with dignity. This was a great support to my Mum, and enabled her to say goodbye to her husband in the way she wanted. David guided us sensitively through the decisions that we needed to make, explaining the options available and we had exactly the funeral Dad would have wanted. Thank you Full Circle.

My husband Andrew died suddenly in February. At the very worst point in my life, Sarah and her team were quite simply crucial to me. They understood both what I needed for myself and what I wanted for Andrew. They gave me space and time to decide what to do. They are completely professional but infinitely caring and compassionate. 

At our first meeting Sarah said to me that this funeral was my opportunity to make a final memory with Andrew. That was such a gift. Instead of rushing into a traditional and wholly inappropriate service we were able, with the help of the team, to create a very personal and special day. i will always remember it as being just right. It was sad and hard but very unique and perfect. 

i also need to mention David, who acted as celebrant and was fantastic. He took a lot of time to find out about Andrew and wrote a really lovely service. 

I cannot recommend Full Circle highly enough. I feel very lucky that I found them. From my initial contact through to looking after Andrew and hosting our service they were simply incredible.
